Hello Tampa!

Now, we’re not generally a bunch of whiners. But after the winter Washington, D.C., has had, the ACCA national staff is BEYOND excited to finally be here in Tampa.

For an entire year, we’ve been planning and preparing to make this our most successful annual event ever. We know there’s a lot riding on this conference and expo—the economy is still in rough shape, the regulatory and political landscape is much different than a year ago, and contractors are itching for ways to grow and thrive despite their challenges.

Well, we’re just about jumping out of our skin to get this show on the road. We’ve jam-packed this conference to deliver on all these fronts and so many more.

For the next couple of days, as hundreds of HVACR participants make their way down to Tampa, we’ll be putting all the puzzle pieces in place. The ACCA Board of Directors will meet on Friday and Saturday to complete the business of the association and clarify our powerful game plan for 2010-11. 

Chapter leaders are also here a bit early to partake in a day-long training to make them even more effective at their roles. The staff is getting ready for attendees and speaker experts to start rolling in.
