However, GREAT customer service involves building trust through reliability, empathy, managing experiences properly, and much more. In this session, you will learn about the four levels of the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid, which describes different levels of customer experiences, how to create loyal customers for life, and how this applies to the technician who provides services to a variety of clients.
