Conference Media Policy

ACCA welcomes media attendance at our conference events, including ACCA’s annual conference. To maintain the integrity of our sessions, protect proprietary information, and ensure a positive experience for all participants, the following media policy applies:

Media Registration

• All media representatives must register in advance by contacting Kate Wessels, VP of communications at kate.wessels@acca.org or at the onsite registration desk.
• Media credentials must be prominently displayed at all times during the conference.
• Media representatives include all types of media including podcasters, trade media, and consumer media.

Session Access

• Media are welcome to attend general sessions, keynote addresses, networking events, and the Expo Hall, unless otherwise indicated.
• Attendance at breakout sessions, workshops, and panels is permitted, but recording (audio, video, or photography) is strictly prohibited.

Prohibition on Recording

• No recording of any kind is permitted during any conference session, including the Manufacturer Leadership Forum at ACCA’s annual conference. This policy applies to all attendees, including registered media.
• Violations of this policy may result in removal from the session and revocation of conference credentials.

Interviews and Photography

• Interviews with speakers, panelists, or attendees are encouraged. Please contact Kate Wessels if assistance is needed in arranging interviews.
• Photography is allowed only if it does not disrupt participants or violate the no-recording policy.

Use of Information

• All presentations and materials shared during the conference are proprietary to the speakers and ACCA.
• Any use of this content in publications must include proper attribution to ACCA and the ACCA conference.

Code of Conduct

• Media representatives must adhere to ACCA’s code of conduct, maintaining professionalism and respect for all attendees.
